MEMBERSHIP

Heaton Moor Golf Club is a traditional private members golf club, organised and managed by its members, with staff employed as required. Officers and Committee Members are appointed at the AGM for the following 12 months. Only Full Members of the Club can vote at AGM’s, EGM’s etc.

Subscriptions for 2011 are as follows:

Full members £820 pa* aged 30 and above as at Jan 1st
6 Day Members £612 pa*
Intermediate (18-29) £165 pa* over age 18 as of Jan 1st **
Student (18-25 in Full Time education) £136 pa
Junior (under 18) £ 80 pa
Social (Non-playing) £ 57 pa * See Special Offers Page

* Plus £25 (the minimum annual spend) to be credited to a card for discounted bar purchases or tea and coffee.

** Please note that for Intermediate members, aged 18-29, the subscription increases annually on a sliding scale.

Subscriptions are payable in 2 equal instalments (Jan & May) but can also be paid in 10 or 12 installments via Standing Order.

There are no Entrance Fees being charged at present.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

AVAILABLE AT HEATON MOOR GOLF CLUB

BENEFITS:

  • Full use of the Clubhouse facilities for family and friends
  • Discounted bar card
  • Full use of the practice facilities
  • Three guests per golfing day
  • Private functions – reduced rates for use of the Clubhouse
  • Guaranteed tee times to be booked with the Professional

GOLD MEMBERSHIP - £1400 + VAT per annum (plus £50pa bar card levy)

  • One Full Membership

  • Golf to include 3 playing guests per day

  • Gold Member may let 4 clients/friends usage of the card per day

  • Gold Member is entitled to 7 days golf  
    ( guests Saturdays after 4.30pm – Sundays after 2.00pm)

  • Bar Card usage is transferrable – after notification to the Club

SILVER MEMBERSHIP - £1200 + VAT per annum (plus £50 bar card levy)

  • One 6-Day Membership

  • Gold Member is entitled to 6 days golf  
    ( guests Sundays after 2.00pm)

  • As Gold Membership except playing rights would be Sunday to Friday

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All players are expected to hold current handicap certificates

  • Cards may not be used for re-sale or for direct financial benefit

  • All players and guests must adhere to the Club’s rules and dress codes

  • Course access is depending upon availability

  • Maximum four tee times per day – depending upon category

  • Additional tee times permitted at current green fee rates
